Just posting to boast that I've done week 7 run 1. Never thought I'd get this far. Still a bit slow but I've given up on hoping for a world record. I no longer puff when going upstairs, I'm more alert - just got to lose a bit of weight now, which I'm sure will come. Roll on week 8!!
