Goodbye week five...: I still can't really... - Couch to 5K
Goodbye week five...

Congratulations , good to get that out of the way . It's onwards & upwards now . Well done .
That 5/3 is a real watershed moment - well done - a mini graduation in it's own right. Bet you couldn't have believed that 6 weeks ago.

Ahhh, the 5/3 run. I had shivers and shakes the night before attempting this one, thinking there is no way I can for 20 bloomin' minutes non stop......
But then, like you have done, you do! COngratulations and treat Week 6 Run 1 with respect. I came unstuck I remember on my one because I thought I was now a fully fledged Mo Farah character and could do ANY run with ease! I limped home with my tail between my legs I recall cos I found it soooo hard! Respect it and you will sail through.
I did the dreaded 20 mins this morning and after struggling with the previous 8 min run I wasn't confident in completing it. Isn't it a wonderful feeling when it's done? Hi 5
