Haven’t done any running for nearly 3 months (apart from a disastrous attempt when away in the mountains after Christmas). Decided to start getting out again and pick up C25K at week 6. Felt so much better afterwards and absolutely determined to get back to where I was. I can already feel the Spring in the air 😊Happy running everybody!

I re -started at W6 ; and i am now on W8R3 . Finding this week harder but keeping at it .

Yes it is good to be back to the running . But i think i may have to listen to Laura on the app forever though !

Today is going to be different as my 23 year old daughter wants to start C25K. So i am just about to go out with her and do W1R1! . I just hope her walking is not too fast for me 😁Will let you know later.
