Just to recap, I started C25K in April 2020 and by December I could easily run for 30 minutes. However, in 2021 I overdid things and had to stop running because of hip pain. I started again in 2022 several times but never got past week 5 and then 2023 slipped by.
After a lovely week on a walking holiday I felt very motivated to try running again. So I laid out my running gear last night and was out the door at 7.30 am this morning. Fortunately it wasn't raining or I might have stayed in bed!
I'm pleased to say that Week one run one went well, I didn't get out of breath and wasn't too tired by the end. Fingers crossed that this time I will get to the end of Week 9, and do a ParkRun.
