W9R1 - slowly ticking them off

Really having to dig deep to achieve these last few runs, but that's part of the challenge and I think I'll feel an even greater sense of achievement at the end as a result. Just hoping that the body holds up for two more runs - my right knee was not feeling 100% during the run today, it hadn't better let the side down!

Thanks Rockette, yep, I did the 30 mins today, so I just need to do the same thing twice more and I'll be there!

Good luck to you too! Will be looking out for your graduation post. Yes, I won't be rushing it - what's the point in doing the programme and coming out of it in a worse state than you started!!

Well done Hennith! Nearly there! My knees are killing me so I'm hoping they'll hold out for next 3 runs too.

Come on Hennith. You can do it. Just two more runs and it's really worth it. I struggled with motivation in the last week, and I needed an extra day between runs. I did one disastrous run in the rain when I got soaked by a passing car and gave up after 10 mins in appalling weather. But keep on going you're so close to the end. You kept me going and I'm waiting for you at the finishing line.

Not what you're looking for?
