After the windy slope of the last one, this felt much more comfortable. On schedule to complete by the end of the month and looking forward to finding running beyond C25K.

wow 6.45 that’s commitment and a half. What a great start to the day it must set you up feeling you can achieve anything. Glad the wind settled for you it’s always a battle when that happens
I'm usually awake early and Tuesday work is a later start than other days so it's good to be able to have an extra potential running day. I have a lot on today so it was good to get it out of the way.
Still impressed you did it ! I’d have definitely said whoa way too early…
All you have to do is do that exact thing another couple of times. Nothing fancy, no heroics, just consistency. But you know that already.
I found the last week sad, enjoyed the journey so much more than I expected, took a couple of weeks running the 30 minutes before I started Beyond, just to stabilise the 30 minutes in my routine as a norm, the Beyond is fun though, and it was nice to have my trainer back in my ears.

That’s great news — I’m hoping to complete by the end of the month too. Something very special about being able to run looking out to sea, isn’t there.
