W9r1 - yuk but done.

So, I see a little pattern - some runs ok, some runs yuk. That, my first-ever-social-media friends, is very annoying.

Hopefully more are ok than yuk! 😁

You’re right, that’s my first yuk one for a while - should have expected a little one lurking. How’s the Achilles?

6 weeks of being frustrated on the IC, but had a test run on NYE and seems to be a lot better. Starting back tomorrow but going back to W4 - hope it’s and ok one, and not a yuk one 😜

Sorry, I see I missed your post about your test run. That sounds like things are heading the right direction now. You gave me a lot of encouragement at the start - I’m now week 9!

Yes, 2 more to go and graduation for you! I hope to be not far behind you, but I’m going to take it steady and take more rest days to start off with.

Sounds like a plan!

I find it's often the ones I'm looking forward to that disappoint. The ones I have to drag myself out on can turn out to be a pleasure.

That’s interesting! Funny how it can change.

Some are better than others certainly, but (altogether now!) - There’s no such thing as a bad run! You got through it, job done. 😊

That is absolutely normal, some runs are just pants but the good runs make up for it big time!! Even after graduation you will have these kind of runs but they will keep you running because you will remember the ones that feel good...you’re nearly there so shoulders back, chin up and take on those last two runs head on and that shiny badge will be yours!!
