Feels great after a short break on the IC to be back for my graduation week. Exactly 2 weeks after injuring my ankle (running to far on w9r1, hubris?) I ran the first of my 30 minute non stop runs. Slow and steady start, finish fast. When I started out in w1, w9r3 seemed a long way off and 27 runs - what! Now I miss running on my rest days. C25K had been great. 2 more runs then graduation ๐คand thanks for all the support and motivation from you guys on here

Well done to Stevie99 for ๐ running your first 30 minutes of W9R1, not long now until you graduate, do take rest days even if you feel that you would like to have a run, I am sure you don't want to be back on the IC again. ๐
