I've just done my week 9 run 3!! I did it and thoroughly enjoyed it which is amazing considering 9 weeks ago I couldn't run for one minute without feeling like something was going to pop! I'm not quite at 5k yet but that will come in the next couple of weeks as I increase my speed. Thanks for all the support on here, it's amazing and really does help. Those of you that are still working through it, stick at it, it's an amazing feeling when you finish it, I even did a little happy dance!!
