Hello! New to this forum!

I completed Week 5 Run 3 yesterday and I feel amazing! I was super nervous and imagined that I would have to throw the towel in at some point but I didn’t! I just kept focused. I loved the 5 minute break downs by Laura. I find listening to pod casts a better distraction than music when running so I have something else to concentrate on.

I feel more confident now and I am sure I am able to complete the rest of the program no problem 😀

We could never speed up but after we graduated played around with speeding up then slowing right down to recover and speeding up again which has made a difference
