Feeling quite proud if I’m honest!

Well I have just signed up to the forum, even though I have been doing the c25k for 7 weeks. I just felt like I needed a bit of a boost and also see what others were feeling around the 8 week mark. Never would I have thought I would run for 5 minutes, let alone 25 minutes. Yet I did it, I completed w7r3 today. And I enjoyed it! So yes, I am proud of myself... And I wanted to share this sense of achievement with others. You go through good runs and bad runs all through the program. But at the end of the day, we are all achieving something big and we should all be proud. Bring on w8!

Well done, I am doing tomorrow w8r2... and I have struggle but I did it too, so best of luck, we almost there!! What an achievement we have made! 3 months ago I was a smoker, eating junk food and walking was like a swear word... but lockdown happen and I quit to smoke, brought a pair of runners and start to count my calories, sky is the limit so well done you 💪💪💪 lets keep going and do in it!

You should be proud! Look how far you’ve come in just 7 weeks 👀. This forum is a great way to celebrate and moan (depending on your run) and you will always get someone to cheer with you or commiserate and pick you up. Well done. Keep going - you’re nearly there.

Well done! The fact you're using the word "enjoy" is a big big plus so you are well on your way to the end of it ( which ends up just being the beginning 😁 )

🤣🤣🤣 count me in! Muddy and messy!

Too much information here but I’m telling you anyway.... I never go out for my run without a trip to the loo and I’m always worried (especially now the runs are ramping up) that I will need the loo 🚽 🤣

Where I live that word is slang for toilet! 🤣
