There is no 'good or bad'! You ran for 25 minutes, that's fantastic!! Doesn't matter how far you covered. You paid attention to your ankle and didn't overdue do it - that's fantastic!
Just keep on doing what you're doing, you're doing it brilliantly.
Thank you! Sorry I wrote that on my phone during my cool down walk. I had mapped out 5k, and I knew I wouldn't run all of that, but I was feeling a little defeated that I didn't hit the 4k mark at least. Now I'm home and showered and have eaten I feel a little better about it. Will attempt it again over week seven, and hopefully get a little further!
I'm still amazed I mangaged to run for 25 minutes. Towards the end of week 5 run 3 I was really feeling it, and was so close to quitting, but today I felt great!
Thanks for your response, though my question was a silly one!
Not silly at all!! We've all had doubts - that's when we come on here and get our confidence restored.
Well done CherryBakewell - I've just failed to finish my week 6 run3 so just be really proud of yourself. You look as If you're running the same sort of speed as me (I got to 2.94km in 20 mins before I had to stop - feeling very queasy). To be able to run for 25 mins is amazing and I hope I'll be there very soon too. Speed can get worked on later when your endurance has built up to 30 mins. JUST BE PROUD - WELL DONE GIRL
