The new trainers are working a treat! What a difference!!
When I first got them I hadn't ran for three weeks - my old trainers just weren't up to the job and my ankles and knees were starting to really hurt - so, when I got them I was advised to just gave a little run. I ran for 15 mins and felt great! So, next run I thought I'd do about 25 mins. For some backward reasoning, I didn't want to listen to my podcast of week 8, which was where i was up to before having to stop, in case I couldn't do it! I know, I'm weird! Anyway, that run went well so I decided to bite the bullet and go to week 9, which I did and I finished it!
So now I've only two more runs to do then I can finally get my Graduation badge!! Huzzah!!

A rebel, eh...... Great to know that those new shoes were worth it. Two more runs and then you can slump back on the sofa and never go running again........if you want to. Good luck.
