Just done last run week 3 found it much easier especially the advice about being seen over a wall! Realised i had been going bit too fast! Knees a bit clicky but all good.

Well done! Yes, I found that advice useful too - I hadn't realised how 'bouncy' I'd been up until then! I also found my knees strengthened quite quickly, so hopefully you'll find that too. Onto week 4!

Up to that week I had thought bouncy was the way to do it. It made life a lot easier when Laura said that.
