Week 3 done ✅

Week 3 Run 3 just completes, couple of firsts for me on this one... first one in the dark and first one on the road.

Normally run early evening and in the local country park, but time got the better of me today and had to go after dark.

One thing I have noticed about running on the road... well pavement... dropped curbs, never really taken much notice of them but the continual up and down of the pavement really got on my nerves!! Thing you notice when running.

Found the run easier than the first two this week, where I struggled with breathing a bit, Feeling well prepared for week four, looking forward to upping the run length.

Hope everyone is have a good week 👍🏃❤️

  • Well done and great post. Am not that far ahead of you. Scary thing is that I'm really enjoying it too. Now, with a name like Swisstony my question is (1) do you come from Switzerland or (2) Do you have shiny suit and dispense sage advice to young salesmen?
