3 weeks ago I huffed my way through the first minute run. Today I did w4r1 and ran for longer than I walked. That's truly amazing! At 49 I really thought I was too old? Not loosing weight, but my body (and face) are changing shape. I have so much energy!

Well done. I don't know how it does it but this plan is like magic. I'm amazed after every run!

I also find its really energising too. Great for self esteem and confidence too.

I'm sure with your great attitude you'll sail through the rest of the weeks. :)

Hi Hezzabelle. I love your avatar! and your description of yourself!

Yes this programme is brilliant on so many levels. I hadn't expected the higher self esteem and confidence at all - but very pleased about it!

I have only recently graduated and was a bit in limbo wondering what to do next but realise just keeping on getting out there will make all the difference to my well being. My son has put many great tunes on my phone so I'm currently setting up my own play list.

Keep up with the energy and happy running!

Hope the endorphins kick in soon!

Yes, it went better than I expected thanks. I thought it was a big step up, but the plan seems to be spot on for me.
