So week 4 first run on Saturday went really well not easy but not a struggle either. I was surprised then to do run 2 this morning and really struggle! I went at a snails pace but my legs ached all the way round and I now feel like an old lady ( I am 42).
Someone tell me the next one will be easier please.......

I've just done week 4. Every week I've found some easier than others.
With me there's lots of contributing factors like, where I run, when I run, am I tired after work, have I eaten recently to fuel my run. I find bad ones are generally followed by good ones, or at least better.
Don't worry too much and dont be too hard on yourself. Go with the flow of the program and enjoy the work you're doing.
I've just done W4R2 and hated it! I loved the first one. It was too muggy and I have a cold (combined with slight ME from a nasty case of glandular fever when I was at uni makes for a terrible run). But look at it this way: we did it! No matter how difficult it was, we did it! X
