Well, attempted the daunting 20 min jog today and things didn't quite go to plan. Got to 10 mins and had to stop for 15secs to gee up the legs and then jogged again for a further 15 mins. Not sure what to do, do I repeat all or part of five or chance week 6

Lol, I should have just plowed on, think legs were expecting a nice recovery walk. Was annoyed with myself at the time but pleased now that I managed to get going again.
I had trouble on that one. I am beginning to realise. (Not graduated yet). That it can just happen and its always worth going back to try it again. A bad day/run could be just that. But 15 sec is not that much I am sure if you go again you will be fine. As you say next time you will probably not stop maybe its more habit that you wanted to stop than need.
Going to try again on Tuesday, I swapped from the podcast to my own music, will swap back so I get Laura spurring me on. Determined to get back on track so I graduate before my October holiday. Still way behind on distance wise but I'll worry about that once I can last the time.
