I found the run today really hard, strangely on the second 90 seconds, the 3 minute runs I managed! After my run I weighed my self as I've been healthy eating as well as running and I've put 3lb on, sigh!

Well done Sarah, good for you, I knew you'd do it! Ignore the scales while your body is losing fat and gaining muscle - your body shape and general health will be improving greatly despite what the scales might be saying at the moment. Good for you, keep it up!
I've just done W4R2 and found it much harder too! Could be the getting up at 6am that did that though! I've only lost 3lbs since starting C25K despite eating better, really hoping that the muscle/fat ratio will even out a bit and I'll loose more, I've got 4st to loose! Keep going we will get to the end and beyond!
