So yesterday I did it, i strapped my shoes on, i had a route planned in my head, and I ran....and I ran some more..... then my lovely Nike+ app told me i had completed 5k in 45m14s.
Amazing!
9 weeks ago I was scared about running for 1 minute, now I can go for 45!! So now I need to work on getting faster, but first stop, saturday parkrun!

So did my first parkrun on Saturday, it was pouring it down, but I still did it! I did the Tilgate parkrun which is mostly hills for the first half and I nearly gave up, but I pushed on and completed in 46m 32s. Soaked through to the bone but loved it
