Hi Pat, how's it going?
Hi Delia after reading old neds reply on my post a few days ago I thought he spoke a lot of sense and maybe my physio, being so young, is being a bit over cautious, so I have decided to go out my usual three mornings and jog walk, did nearly 4 k this morning, then see how my shoulder is after my holiday, if still in pain then see a sports physio . Off to Lanzarote next Thursday so will be jogging early morning with a lovely sea breeze. Hope alls well with you. By the way what has happened to Malky, I used to enjoy reading his posts. Pat .
