Don’t you just love running in July! No matter what week you are in… you are running in a glorious month if you live in the UK… if you are a Wimbledon fan Andy would have kept you up last night..so more difficult to get up early for your Friday Run.

But it’s July and the gardens in suburbia are at their best! Glorious scents, colours & textures to distract you, when those legs feel heavy & you are not sure whether you can do it! Of course you can! It’s summer, it’s Friday & the weekend awaits! Get moving & perhaps an ice cream will tempt you to finish your week victoriously… Enjoy your runs..

Its very foggy beyond Penzance - but I'm already back from my Friday run - like the idea of an ice cream reward - if it warms up later I might just treat myself to one!

Love running in July as long as it doesn't go above 30 degrees which it hasn't up to now lol when i graduated i always thought i will not be able to run during the months or May, June, July, but i am (although a bit of a struggle) but i am doing it! And i WFH 5 days a week so have the Tennis on all day and did indeed watch Andy Murray's game till 11 o'clock last night, what an exciting game, i am looking forward to watching his finishing game and hope he wins and I will also be watching Cameron Norrie's game today too 🎾🎾🎾

I absolutely love this! Well timed too-I had a total tech fail this morning so just ended up running to enjoy it. Birds, butterflies, flowers, blue skies, sun and dappled shade. Just wonderful.

Recently manured field with the sun baking down on it? Not so lovely! The joys of living in the countryside… 😂😂😂

This is my second July of running and I think I’m doing better this year of enjoying the early sun and late evening so I’m not boiling my brains by trying to run at lunch time.

Oh yes! The butterflies seem to be in abundance this year.I know what you mean about the manured fields not so good on the old nostrils at this time of year 😂😂😂😂. I suppose if you have a blocked nose the recently manured fields will clear it 😂😂😂😂x

It’s a pain! At least it’s manageable with anti histamines so could be a lot worse. I love nature. It’s just a shame I’m allergic to so much of it! 😂

Yes Annieapple running in July is beautiful and I do enjoy it, the different smells,and just how much more clearer the birdsong seems to be,gorgeous colours It is truly wonderful.😂🥰
