Yes, I'm only on week 2 and I've wondered if the running times actually get longer but Laura isn't telling us so we won't be daunted! Guess that would be unethical...

Well done! Just keep plugging away and you'll get there. :)

I completed W3 R2 today - hard work mentally and physically but feel so much better afterwards - bit dubious about whether I can do W4 but as everyone on here says, we need to just plug away at it :)

Yes I'm a bit dubious about week 4 too, it seems quite a big step up. I try not to think about the runs too much though. I just try to follow the instructions as she says them, to run until I'm told to stop, if that makes sense? Otherwise, I might start thinking negative, there's no way I can run for x minutes. I quite enjoyed week 3 run 1 though, the extra running seemed to make the time go quicker. Although, when she said you've got one minute left, I thought seriously? Lol.

I'm worried about week 4 as well, just trying not to put myself under too much pressure and if I don't manage and have to repeat week 3 no shame in it and I just need to keep plugging away.

I feel exactly the same. I see no shame in repeating a week either. After all, I couldn't run at all 3 weeks ago. It's the same with the 5k in 30 minutes after 9 weeks thing. If I can't run the 5k in 30 minutes after 9 weeks. I'll just be glad I can run for 30 minutes.
