Just completed my second run! Really enjoyed it (did I just say that!). I actually found this run easier. I wish you could bottle that feeling when you've completed your run, it would make a greater motivator tonic!

Well done you!! I actually found the second run the hardest! It really is a great feeling. You should be really proud! I've just completed wk1 and start wk 2 tomorrow.

Yeas, it's the getting your butt of the couch that hurts the most!

Yes, it's the getting off the couch bit that's the worst part, but it's so worth it.

Well done on getting started & good luck for the rest of the program.

Well done. I did my second this morning before work and felt great after it. Tough to get out of bed at 6am though!

We are at the same stage......well done. I couldn't agree more with your bottling up comment. The sense of achievement when Laura says you have finished is amazing. I would do cartwheels.....if I could. Keep it up and hopefully we'll graduate at the same time :-)
