Just completed my 2nd run. Feeling slightly meh as I found it a little difficult towards the end run. Is that normal or am I that unfit 😭😭😭

Don’t worry I think we all feel like that now and then throughout the whole course. Read other people’s status’ you will see.
You’ve done well you’ve started and completed 2 runs, take it one run at a time. Every time you complete a run whether you’ve found it difficult or not remember YOU DID IT!
That can be normal.....I struggled with the third run of W1 that I did this morning more than the first 2. I think sometimes some days are harder than others. Keep going as everyone says it gets better. 😀
I found the first two runs the hardest so far (just completed W4). You can do it!

Thank you all so much for your words of encouragement. I’m only ok W1 so thought blimey should I really be struggling. But thank you all. That’s made me smile and put the spring back in my step 😁
Hey well done, you’re off the couch and heading for week 2, nothing to be concerned about. I felt like that during every run for the first few weeks. If you’re anything like me, in about week 4 you’ll start to get used to running for longer, and learn how to pace yourself so you can keep going. I do remember week 1 being torture though.
Just remember, if you start to tire, slow down, even if you are running at a walking pace. You’d be fine
Perfectly normal not to find this easy. Your body is trying to work out what the hell is going on. Only advice is go slow and keep at it.
I think most people on here found weeks 1 and 2 tough, especially as this programme is aimed at total beginners . Hang in there. . it'll get easier, honest! 😀👍😀
