2nd run

So I’ve completed my 2nd run and it was a lot easier than the 1st.

I followed all the advice, made sure I drank plenty of water through the day and slowed my pace right down. I was able to control my breathing and the run was more comfortable.

The sense of achievement after just 2 runs feels amazing.

I know I’m just at the beginning and I’ve a long way to go but this site is really helpful and everyone is so supportive and friendly. Thank you for your support.
