Hi,

Tomorrow is my second run, the weather is supposed to awful and I work nights!! Would it be ok if my 2nd Run was completed on my treadmill?

As the guide to the plan says healthunlocked.com/couchto5... you can run outdoors or on a treadmill. It recommends putting the dreadmill on a gradient of at least one degree.

Yes you can! Although I love running outside in all weathers (except ice and snow of course).
