It's good to finish on your birthday, seems very symbolic somehow. I finished on my 62nd, over a year ago, and rate it as one of the [many] best things I've done!!

Good luck for tomorrow morning Inmind. I'll be doing Wk8/r3. My target was to do c25k before I reached my 65th birthday on 18th Sept. Just 4 runs ahead so fingers crossed
