Am so chuffed! I can run for 30 minutes without stopping, I am so pleased. The odd run I have done on the treadmill I have found very easy, proving that this does build up stamina.
I prefer running outside much more now but do use the treadmill when it's wet.

Great job, I've not done any sessions on the treadmill, quite frankly it scares me!!
