Evening all,

Did 10k in 1hr 11 mins tonight after graduating last week

Ten weeks ago I couldn't even run for a minute so anyone struggling just stick with it - you CAN do it!!!!

That's an amazing jump! Well done you. Make sure you don't increases too much or you'll be setting yourself up for injury.

Yes needed a bit of a sit down!!!!

May have pushed too hard but got to 5k and had no particular place to be so carried on for what i call mt Forrest Gump moment!!!!!

:-). I know what you mean, that's exactly how I did my first 10k.

nice day, loads of time, no particular place to be and just had a "how far can I go before I break" moment.

I had to sit down for about three days :-D
