Week 6 in the bag! I ran for 25 mins! WooHoo! I am officially a runner and I am amazed! This c25k programme is amazing! I have always hated any form of exercise before this and now I can run for 25 mins with out stopping and the best thing is I'm enjoying it! So proud of myself and all my fellow C25Kers x

Well done. A great feeling when she tells you that. I am the same, always hated exercise but seem to be doing ok thanks to Laura.
So true, Tracey. I'm with you and Eve and probably the great majority of C25Kers. Never liked exercise. Never fit. So you also congratulate yourself on your courage to start with Laura and stick with her. A real runner. WOW. You are on your way. I'm looking to graduate maybe on Tuesday. I'll be thinking of your achievement too as I push myself waaaaaay beyond anything I imagined. And guess what? I really think it will be a part of my life now. You too, I hope. It feels so great!
I will be doing my Week 6 run 3 today at my local park run, hope I a make it, but as you, have never done exercise before and find it hard to believe I am getting through this programme and stick to it...as well as enjoying it xx

Well done - I felt the same after week six - this programme is amazing!! I too have always avoided exercise and found 'runners' a strange species I didn't understand........and yet here I am a week from graduating and being able to run for 30 minutes straight! Two months ago I could barely run to the bathroom! And loving every minute of it..........yay us!
