I've just been to see my Doctor, and as of today, I have lost exactly FOUR STONE since I started my weight loss programme. My BMI has gone from 37.7 (obese but nearly morbidly obese) to 29.7 which is in the overweight bracket!!!
I'm so pleased but now I have a new aim - to lose another 1.5 / 2 stone and to get my BMI into the healthy weight section (18.5 to 24.9). I've got another 2 days of Level 2 to complete of the 30 Day shred (starting Level 3 on Monday) and I've just bought a Jillian Michaels DVD triple boxset (Ripped in 30, Killer Buns and Thighs and Extreme Shed and Shred) to keep me on my toes!
Sorry but I'm going to WOOHOO again!!! WOOHOO!

Woohoo indeed. Well done; I know what an effort it is and so congratulations x 100 are in order. Having got this far you'll definitely manage the rest.
That's absolutely wonderful!!! Thank you for sharing your success, I guess you are a great inspiration to so many of us who still need to lose weight (me included)! And also from my side a very loud WOOOOOOHOOOOOOOOO!!!!!
More wooohoooing from here too - especially if you're doing that Jillian Michaels stuff. I tried it once, and bruised the ball of my foot doing star jumps... That was at the end of May, and I still get niggles from it!
Ah the dreaded Jumping Jacks - I must admit that I don't do those anymore (stopped after about Day 3 on Level 1 I think). I do Jump Rope instead! Jumping Jacks are evil! Hope your foot gets better though
Now that's sneaky, to do something else instead! He he! It's funny, but my foot only aches when I walk - it was fine when I ran for 30 minutes yesterday. I presume the foot action is different somehow. Anyway, it's not a serious hurt, just an annoying niggle - but it did definitely start with those jumping jacks!
Well done thats great have ordered jillians 30 shred after reading your posts hopefully will help me with my wieght loss now I have mastered running keep it up woo hooo x ps my son loves your pic
