Woohoo, never thought this would happen!! Second attempt at c25k complete!! Yes it's took best part of 10 months!! Still severely obese, an exercise plan that included this and a total diet change but 5 stone lighter and a lot fitter!! I've already downloaded 10k for next year!! Lol, if I can do it, anyone can do it!

A huge well done to you!! You are a great inspiration to me as I have a whole heap of weight still to lose (tho I'm more than 2 stone lighter than when I started) and am just setting out on Week 6. Knowing you have achieved so much in similar circumstances really keeps me motivated. Onwards and upwards to that 10K!! xx
