Couch to 5K

Oh dear!

Ok so week 2 hasn't gone to plan. Did runs 1 and 2 with no problems then caught some stupid summer bug / stomach thingy.

Should have completed run 3 on Wednesday last week and been at WK 3 R2 by now.

However, I'm not going to give up. I've had a good few days to recover and am going out to do the last run of week 2 tonight ... in fact in 5 minutes time.

I really don't want to fail so I'm gonna go real slow and steady and keep to the pavements (I normally go cross country). Keep your fingers crossed for me.

I had an ill health problem during W2 and found myself continuing well into a 2nd week of week 2s, if that doesn't sound too much like double Dutch. It discouraged me a bit but W3 was surprisingly good. You wont need crossed fingers - you'll love it. :)
