Start again or from where I left off...?

Well, I have just returned from 2 and a half weeks abroad where it really was tricky to run mainly due to heat and other circumstances. I've gained weight (boo hoo!) and I missed my runs. I'd got to week 4. Should I start it there (even though i know it gets scary and harder...) or should I go back to week 2 maybe? I need a kick up the bot!

Why not try the last run you did before going away? And if you find it a little too pressing, go back to the previous week. Definately keep it up though, don't get disheartened if you can't manage the last run you did. Good luck! x
