So started the Stepping Stones podcast this morning and really helped my speed and managed (at last) to crack the 5kms! Does anyone know what I can do about Baker's Knee - am still running as it doesn't affect it, the doc has said just to keep up with Ibuprofen. Can it go on its own?

Ah thanks Beek. It is a cyst behind the knee (filled with fluid) was really painful, and difficult to bend and run, but struggled through it. Still quite painful and swollen....
