C25K complete :)

And man, I feel great about that. I can do 5km in 33 minutes, which I really am proud of.

Found the last 3 runs hard, not the actual runs but fitting it in between family dramas, moving home and appearing to catch every type of cold going round.

Currently have a sprained wrist so being cautious over jerking it around too much.

Thank you everyone for support, encouragement, laughs and sharing your own journeys.

My goals are to keep doing 5km when I can and hopefully get 5km in 30 minutes and join a parkrun.
