What a great feeling, I ran W9 R3 this evening and smashed 5k on the dot. I never ever thought I would do it considering my PE teacher 20 years ago, thought I was useless and graded me an E in my end of year report.
Now look at me!...🏃🏃🏃🏃🏃

I was always last or second to last in running races (and pretty useless at all kinds of PE) - which is why I've never run in public again until now, taken over thirty years to recover from the school sport memories! Now I no longer care, fortunately I'm not over weight and reasonably fit but when will kids be able to keep fit without having to be put off by the 'sporty types' - that would help childhood obesity problems.
BOOM. Graduated. 5.5k in 30mins. Completely Amazed
