Hi - I have never posted on here before but I have found all the advice given on here fantastic on helping me on my journey to completing Couch to 5k. At the start nine weeks ago I must admit I found it really horrific 😫 but I stuck with it and the plan really does work. If you are just starting out, keep with it and you will have your graduation moment and it feels great!
