wow who would have thought? I had the sun cream, the hat, the water, the bus fare, came back filthy all the dust has settled lovely on the sweaty sun cream skin - still no sun burn, legs are singing but wow I did it, roll on week 6.
To anyone who has this to come, you can do it you are ready for it get out there and do it

I hope so too, we have put in all this work so we are capable - enjoy run 2 tomorrow, I just kept my head down and concentrated on something else (like not tripping lol) -it was a surprise to hear Laura say 1 minute to go, let us know how you get on
thank you Mazzero, very best is wished your way for tomorrow, just take it easy and gradually increase your pace, decrease if it is too much and before you know it Laura is telling you 2 minutes to go woohoo, nothing like it
And to all of you who are doing W5R3 soon (there seem to be quite a lot here): Have faith in the plan! You can definitely do it! I did it as well and the programme helped me to graduate successfully (and keep going after graduation). If I can do it, you can do it as well!!!
tor41, here's some advice for your next run that might perhaps help you: Some of us (myself included) struggled with W6R1 (it's another interval run). So if you are like me and the next run is harder and/or worse than this one, don't worry! I felt very disappointed but found out after the run that I wasn't the only one who had problems which helped me a lot! So, if it's harder than this run: just keep going! If it's not: Well done!
