Wow,, 20 minutes without stopping! I am thrilled. Had a wobble with week4 and had to repeat the week but I’m glad I did. I have learnt a few things over the past 6 weeks.
1. However slow you think you are running, slow down some more!
2. I can run!
3. I will kind of enjoy it 🤣
4. Trust the plan
Looking forward to starting W6 🏃♀️

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran 🏃🏾 😊
Hi LLCoolL. I’m just a run behind you. Tomorrow is W5R2. Love to hear about my co runners successes as I’m a bit nervous😬 about the third run of this week. So well done and keep going. And thanks for posting the advice. 👏👏👏👍👍👍👍
Well done! 😄 That run is such an achievement and boost to the confidence! 😊👏🏻 Remember number 1 on your list for the next 2 runs and you’ll be fine and dandy. 😊🏃♀️🐢
