Just done week 1 R2 and all is good at this stage. I already feel better about myself and I know they are only 1 minute runs at this stage but I found them a bit easier than last time. Silly thing but even my shower afterwards felt better than usual!

that is a brilliant positive attitude to have - yes it is early in the program, but you've tackled the hardest part & that is the courage to get out there and learn how to run.

Great start...keep thinking positive. This programme is brilliant ,in just a few weeks time you will be amazed at what your body can do. This is one of the best things I have ever done for myself and I am now on week 7 and feeling healthier and more comfortable in my own skin than I have done in a very long while. Keep jogging and blogging.x

Well done!!! To be honest I found week 1 the hardest - so many runs lol. Glad to hear that you're enjoying it and staying positive is the key. It's mind over matter. Good luck
