I’ve never run in the evening before but it was so wet this morning 😱 This evening’s run was more like a resistance training exercise. The wind was funnelled down the narrow path into my face. The path is uphill anyway but into the fierce wind made my run pretty tough going. Still I made it to 32 minutes and called it a day. Not sure I’d choose to do an evening run but it’s definitely better than no run.
On another note...why did strava tell me I’d only run for 26 minutes when my watch and Michael told me I’d done 30? Any thoughts?

You did better than me. I usually run in the morning but can't tomorrow so on a whim I went this afternoon. Strong headwind and too soon after my lunch... I alternated between stitch and wanting to throw up!!. I gave up after 28 minutes. Better than nothing though.
Strava does appear to have a few little anomalies, if your watch will synch to strava , just record on your watch then upload to strava afterwards, they should then agree
