Who would have thought I could run for 5 minutes! I know sounds like childs play to you vets. Plus 5 mins is nearly the full circuit around the park, I can run one circuit without a break, its awesome.
Also I have noticed the first runs (of the week, R1) seems to be easier than the later ones, I thought it was suppose to get easier!

Us vets have been there you know. I for one can remember when 5 mins felt like a lifetime! Every week is meant to be a challenge I think. So you get fitter, or quicker, or whatever, but the programme keeps you on your toes. So if you went back to week 1 you could probably do it no probs.
At the end if the day, if you got through it, that's fabulous. If it wasn't hard, you wouldn't be increasing your fitness or stamina would you? Some weeks will be harder than others. You might even need to repeat a run or two or add an extra rest day as the runs get longer. But just keep going. I promise at the end of it, you will be very proud of yourself.
Apart from week one all my other days have been gloomy unfortunately. You are right its harder on hotter days but I wouldn't really call this weather hot lol. Plus I run at around 6.30-7am. So its not too cold or hot.
