I've recently started week 3 and it's going pretty well. I've just looked ahead at week 5 and it looks pretty gruelling, especially from run 2 to run 3. Have any of you done this yet? How have you found it? I'm worried about not keeping it up in week 5
Thanks!

It's fine. Trust the programme as it makes our bodies ready for the next stage brilliantly. Someone said most of running is in our heads, so (assuming we aren't ill or injured etc) in theory our bodies CAN do the next stage.
I literally couldn't do week one properly when I started and was really considering giving up. Now I'm on week 7...
Seriously, it sounds impossible right now, and if anybody told me I'd make it this far, I'd have bet bi money against it. But trust this. You WILL get there. Don't think about it now, just take it one run at a time. Repeat runs if you need to, (I have lots...), but it's doable.
I first laughed when Laura said it's a mental as well as a physical challenge, but it really is. This will train you up for it, and sometimes, you just don't know what you're capable of until you throw yourself in what seems like the deep end.
Hi I am currently doing week 5 and felt just at daunted when I looked it up the night before. It's fine and I actually enjoy jogging along looking at the scenery! (Trust me just over a month ago I would never have imagined saying that!)
Just done run 1. After the crock of shite that was Week 4, I am well happy that I have at least done run 1. Worried about the next 2, but going to take them slow, and if needs be redo them if I burn out.
I just keep thinking 5 weeks ago the idea of me running 5 minutes was hilarious. I couldn't even get my legs to run at 8kmh, let alone keep it up for any period of time, and I just did 5 mins at 8.5. So, if running 90 seconds.
If I burn out on monday after 6 mins, it's still a full minute more than I have ever managed previously. And so far Laura has not failed me, :D.
I might not get there in the 27 runs - but get there I will.
