Week 5 Run 3

I have just completed week 5 run 3. Didn’t think I’d be able to do it as had a break of a week between run 2 and 3. Did it though and it was lovely to be out in the sunshine. Feeling pretty pleased with myself at the moment. Let’s see what week 6 brings. 😊

Congratulations on completing week 5 👍Take it easy with week 6 run 1 as it often catches people out with going back to intervals!

Brilliant, and it is great to have sunshine at last. Good luck with the next week.
