Braving the elements ... and then injured toe in bath!!!!

I dodged dozens of snails!

I put my ear phones back in so many times, due to them being blown out by the wind!

I got wet in drizzle.

But I followed Laura and completed my second 'speed' session. (Really enjoying doing this podcast as even though it is hardwork I am out the house for less than half an hour).

... and then I drop one of my kids toys on my toe in the bath!!!! ouch!!

Just shows that doing exercise can be less dangerous than having a shower!

Ah bless, children and their toys are a dangerous combination to have about the house!!! I'm sorry but I'm as bad as Greenlegs :)

Do you feel all the sympathy vibes coming your way unfitmum. I think we are all parents and even some like me grandparents. I laugh when I hear my son saying, "pick that up now, your grandma will fall and trip over it" :)

Apparently, far more adults go to A&E with injuries inflicted on them by their children than children with accidental injuries! ;)
