So seen as though Monday's 1st attempt wasn't so bad thought today just set off from home as usual....
Erm mistake, pain was worse today π€·ββοΈ ,, plus everything seemed to pot .. breathing.. had to have 3 small breaks from running altogether hence the route took longer π...
Rest day tomorrow then see how Friday goes...
Race for life is next Saturday so really hoped to be improving rather than injury impaired Gutted !!

Yes annoying when things go to pot. I would suggest taking 2 days off, possibly 3. You need to rest that foot. We both completed c25k at similar time. Lets both do next run on Sunday morning! Elevate that foot. Drink plenty on Saturday. You need to be ok for next Saturday. Just give it a restπ
Maybe an extra rest day or two for the toe ?, what a nuisance it is. Your pace is very impressive, I hope all goes well with your Race For Life ππββοΈ
