Week 6 runs 1 and 2 complete!

Thanks to everyone that posted warnings about week 6 run 1! We took it nice and steady and although it was harder than expected we managed it without too much trouble. It would have been very easy to pick up the pace following the previous 20min run and then regret it. Run 2 was actually okay and we managed a burst of speed towards the end. I got in from work late at 8.30 pm and was very tired after a long day in London but was still keen to get out and do the run.

Running for 25 mins on run 3 seems like another big jump but we managed 20 mins last week so fingers crossed it will go Kay on Thursday evening.
