I have just finished week 9 run 1, feels pretty good.

I could barely finish the first run way back in week 1, couldn't believe I would be able to run for 30 mins,.

I need to work on my speed but hopefully that will come with time

It amazing isn't it... I am doing my graduation run in the morning and can't quite believe I can run/jog/shuffle for 30 whole minutes. Nowhere near the 5k mark yet but that will be my next goal....

Can't wait to get my green badge :)

Yeah! It is amazing. I still can't believe I can run 5k! They say focus on pace or distance and I have been sticking at 5k and hoping the time comes down eventually.

Well done, I completed my wk9 r1 today too. Can't say I enjoyed it as it was too hot but determined to finish it.
